 According to Dr. Robin B. Navarro, a Filipino medical specialist on the cellular level, when the blood is acidic,  it damages an organ/s. Cholesterol will protect the organ  by covering it or patch it up to prevent the damage. It could be anywhere: your colon, heart, kidney, the blood vessels, eyes, etc. So cholesterol is protective, we should not be afraid of it.

 For  weight loss, we have to correct our diet: no softdrinks, this will make your blood more acidic; less intake of simple carbohydrates like white bread, rice, and other pastas and sweets.

2. Vitamins and minerals – if you are short of the vitamins and minerals from food, your blood becomes highly acidic which becomes the breeding ground for pathological mibrobes(http://pinoymineralalkaline.blogspot.com)

3. Exercise – it should be moderate exercise. There are athletes who drop dead after a strenuous exercise, or runners whose legs shrink because of over stress from running. If you overexercise, lungs and heart shrink (Dick Nunez of 3abn)

When you start or end an exercise, there should be warm up and cool down exercises. I know of a young basketball player in our place who died. His heart gave up on him after a one-hour basketball non-stop. His heart could not take the sudden change from very fast heartbeat to sudden slow down.

4. Oxygen – if your cells are deficient of oxygen by 30%, it can easily be invaded by microbes. (by Doc Navarro)

5. Rest/sleep for a minimum of 7 hours, but not more than 10 hours.
It is during our sleep that our body repairs the damaged cells.
Oversleeping will not make you refreshed, but will make you feel lousy.

6. Avoid forbidden foods by God like pork, shrimp, shells, or scavengers of the sea.
Eat fish with scales only. the scales protect the fish from toxins of the sea.

7. Have a joyful heart

A joyful heart gives health to the body, while a sad spirit dries up the bones.


8. Produce that growth hormone which will make you feel young.
According to Doc Navarro, you exercise in the morning, after drinking a glass of water, no food yet. Exercise on an empty stomach will release the growth hormone.
According to Jennifer La Mount of 3 abn, if you play the piano, it increases the growth hormone, especially beneficial to seniors.


9. Water - you need at least 8 glasses of water to hydrate yourself.

10. Daily colon cleansing - you need to evacuate the waste materials of your colon on a daily basis, if you cannot make it 2 to 3 a days a day, which is healthier. (Imagine the number of meals that we eat a day, which could be 3 to 5 times, which includes the in-between meals.
