Dr. Navarro B. Navarro, a medical specialist on cellular and biochemical medicine, is a guest of Don Manolo Favis at DZBB , a Philippine radio station every Monday at 11:00 p.m.

 

I don’t want to miss this program, I am all ears to Dr. Navarro because contrary to the popular recommendation of other doctors which is low fat diet, he recommends high fat diet coming from grass-fed buffalo and cow, from its milk, beef liver, and bone marrow. In addition to this is daily eating of eggs and if you are suffering from a disease, eat four to six eggs a day.

 

I used to shy away from these foods because doctors are saying that we have to bring our cholesterol to “normal” level, that is, 150. But what Dr. Navarro says is that we need cholesterol to protect our brain, cells against free radicals. And you can get the nutrient choline  from the foods mentioned earlier.
