In tonight’s program of Don Manolo in DZBB, with Dr. Robin B. Navarro as guest, here are some of the advices of Doc Navarro for longevity:”

·        Drink milk and honey. Avoid white sugar

·        Exercise in the morning before breakfast for about 30 minutes to one hour. Rest then eat breakfast

Growth hormone is being released during exercise which will help slow the aging process

·        Eat liver, whether beef or chicken. For sick people, you can eat as much as 3x a day

·        Eat duck eggs of 2 to  4 eggs a day

·        Control stress, be patient. Turn to the Lord who says “Cast your burden to me and I will give you rest”

·        Eat foods with vitamins and minerals and reduce carbohydrate

·        Have salt in your diet.  Without salt, the kidney will release rennin   which causes malignant hypertension.
